Chad has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. He started as a personal trainer and transitioned into leading classes then into a full time coach. He started coaching Crossfit over 10 years ago and it has absolutely been an amazing part of his life. His background consists of weight loss clients, muscle gain and strength training, strength and conditioning coach for youth football and lacrosse players, Olympic weightlifting, competitive athletes of all ages, and he has been a coach at the Crossfit Games along with semifinal events. Currently, he coaches Crossfit classes, and does 1 on 1 training as well online training.
