There is no magic pill. No supplement that will shed you of your tire in 5 weeks. No magical ab gimmick that will give you 6 pack abs just by using it.
What there is, is movement (intensity is king) and most importantly, nutrition.
Many people may know that I enjoy the finer delicacies that the world has to offer. Such as: hungry howies, poptarts, uncrustables, etc. Dont get me wrong, I’ve been eating meal prepped meals as well, but just ate just because I wanted foodzzzz. Moderation was not in my vocabulary.
Worked with #burgfuel at Burg Crossfit and within 6 weeks, went from the photos on the left to the photos on the right. Absolutely no change in my workouts (besides some swimming more). This is strictly a change of nutrition.
