KidsFIT is a fun-filled 60min class where your child, ages 6-13, will be challenged and inspired to grow in their fitness. We engage in fun warmups, challenge them with gymnastics, weightlifting and endurance based skills followed by cardiovascular and interval training workouts and finish the hour by cooling down with stretching. This class is designed to meet each child where they are at regardless if they are currently enrolled in sports or not. If you’re looking for an excellent after school movement based program for your child, you found it. With our prescription of “constantly varied, functional movements” your child will not only gain better body awareness, but will sustain fewer injuries over the course of their life and improve their cognitive function through activity.
